Request a song

Teaching a topic that could use a song? Tell me the topic and grade, and I'll do my best to make a free song for it.

1. Tell me what you're teaching. The topic, the grade, and anything the song should include: vocabulary, a standard, a mix-up your students keep making.
2. I write it and check every fact. Then I make the video, with the ideas drawn on screen as they're sung.
3. It goes up for everyone. New songs are posted on YouTube and get their own page here, with the lyrics and timestamps.

One topic per request works best. The form is for teachers, parents and other adults.
